An afternoon talk for the Swedish cruising association at Gothenburg

My partner Rolf and I had been asked to talk at the cruising association of Gothenburg, Mediterranean section. The talk was to be about our transition to hybrid motor boat and our planned trip along the European canals and waterways. As it turned out our talk in November had to be cancelled as we were both down with Covid. A new date was decided the 21 January and we travelled from Skåne to the meeting in Gothenburg.

We talked about our different backgrounds on the water and what led up to our mutual decision to buy a hybrid boat. We could show many slides and videos from our short trips around the sound between Sweden and Denmark and then Rolf talked about the special innovative technique behind the Greenline concept.

Ett föredrag för Svenska kryssarklubben Medelhavsseglare Göteborg.

Jag och min sambo Rolf hade blivit ombedda att hålla föredrag för SXK i Göteborg. Föredraget skulle handla om vår övergång till hybridmotorbåt och vår planerade resa längs de europeiska kanaler och vattenvägar. Det visade sig dock att vårt föredrag i  Ett nytt datum bestämdes den 21 januari och vi reste från Skåne till mötet i Göteborg.

 
Vi  pratade vi om våra olika bakgrunder på vattnet och vad som ledde fram till vårt gemensamma beslut att köpa en hybridbåt. Vi kunde berätta och visa många bilder och videos från våra turer längs Öresund och över till Ven. Sedan pratade Rolf om den speciella och innovativa tekniken bakom Greenline-konceptet.

We talked about the painful but exciting decision to sell what we had and order a brand new electric hybrid motor yacht, the Greenline 39 from the boatyard in Slovenia.
Vi pratade om det smärtsamma men spännande beslutet att sälja det vi hade och beställa en hel ny el/hybrid motorbåt Greenline 39 från Slovenien.
